Who really thought I would blog everyday in November... pffft. Yesterday I was grateful for date night. We pretty much never go on dates- but yesterday we walked around downtown McKinney at night. It was so magical- probably the best date ever. They had Christmas lights, Christmas stuff in all the old shop windows, Christmas music, and the weather was like perfect 60s. Of course we took Millie and she was good as gold :) Then we went to Braums for ice cream- yum!
Yesterday I took Amelia to story time at this Railroad museum. The storyteller is a professional and does it every Friday, so it looks like it will be a new tradition! Amelia LOVED it, she just sat up there with the other big kids and listened. She was so fascinated by Ms. Genie's mouse hand puppet Eugene! Then the train conductor took us inside the old rail car. It was a wonderful Friday :)
