It's a...

Today Austin and I went to find out what our baby is! Well of course we have a stubborn little one.  After the doctor did all the measurements he tried to see the gender and yup legs crossed.  The doctor was literally shaking my stomach trying to get the baby to move- but the knees were locked together and crossed.  So after a while the doc told us he was 65% sure it was a girl! well, pretty sure that isn't much more than the 50:50 we went in with, but eh. Austin moves to Dallas next weekend so we're going to try to go in for another ultrasound. Our baby is measuring a bit small (which didn't shock me because although I'm 21 weeks I don't really pregnant) but the doc wasn't worried.  Lately my ribs on my left side have been killing, today during the ultrasound the foot was totally in my ribs- yup that explains it... anyway, wish us better luck next time :)

  2. Oh my gosh Juli haha. What a little stinker:) But if it is a girl I will just be so excited, I will if it is boy too though. And Olivia measured small the entire time I was pregnant and everything was totally fine. You probably just carry your baby different than most! And I am sorry about the ribs, that is horrible. Sadly it will probably only get worse. Oh the joys of pregnancy. At least you will get a cute little baby out of it! Love you and I am so excited for you!

  3. A tip from some ladies in my ward (if you haven't already gone for the ultrasound) - drink some Root Beer about 20 minutes before going in and baby should be moving quite a bit so you can get a good shot :) Good luck!
